Chloe Xu – International Relations & Engagement Officer, City of Adelaide
Chloe Xu graduated from the University of South Australia in 2015, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is currently an International Relations and Engagement Officer at the City of Adelaide. She focuses on helping Adelaide to become a more internationally connected city and promotes exchanges of culture, tourism, trade and investment, education, and sports between the City and its sister cities and a range of friendly cities all over the world, by leveraging her extensive experience, bicultural knowledge and language skills.
Felix Nachiyunde – Purchasing Regional Commodity Manager, Schneider Electric
Felix Nachiyunde is a procurement professional with over fifteen years strong, progressive exposure across end to end procurement management, influencing up to US$100 million of spend across both critical and non-critical portfolios covering, manufacturing, mining, energy transmission and construction industries. He has a track record of leading cross functional teams with regional and global reach. He has been involved in high value greenfield projects in South Africa, Botswana and Australia. He had been instrumental in defining Sourcing Methodologies, Supplier Relationship Optimisation, International Buying and Supplier Development, Strategy Development & Implementation, as well as High level stake holder engagement. He is currently completing his MBA at UniSA, part time.
Pamela Murphy – Executive and Intercultural Coaching, Intercultural Tailored Solutions
Pamela Murphy is an intercultural professional with over 25 years of China based employment and experience across education, social services and the arts. This experience also includes co-convening art exhibitions in Hong Kong and Macau. Her expertise is in cultural intelligence and she is one of a small select group of CQ Advanced Professionals in Australia, certified through the Cultural Intelligence Centre, Michigan, US to offer Cultural Intelligence Assessments, Debriefs and CQ Development.

Susan Freeman Ph.D. (Marketing), MEdSts, BEco, (Monash University), and DipEd (Institute of Catholic Education), is Professor of International Business and Coordinator - Strategy, International Business & Entrepreneurship Research (SIBER) in the Business School. She provides leadership in the areas of international business postgraduate and undergraduate teaching and learning and professional development to ensure a culture that embraces both scholarship, and excellence in teaching. The role extends to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the International Master of Business Administration (IMIB) and provides leadership across the portfolio of research and doctoral supervision in the area of international business. She is Vice President (Marketing) – Australia and New Zealand International Business Academy (ANZIBA) and Member of the Australian Institute for Company Directors (MAICD). Her research areas include international new venture strategy, international entrepreneurship and cross-cultural dynamics in international business engagement.
