I'm passionate about helping people work and relate across difference.

Work and life overseas for two decades provided some unique insights into common 'blind spots' and how intercultural communication works effectively.

That experience, together with regular global travel,  targeted qualifications in Cultural Intelligence (CQ),  Intercultural Studies, Management, HR Management, Executive Coaching, Culture and Language have deliberately created a place and provided frameworks to understand and discuss strategies for exporters, professionals relocating globally and for those leading multicultural teams.

Society of CQ Fellows

In 2025 I was honored to be accepted in the Society of CQ Fellows, a select group of global thought leaders dedicated to making this world a more culturally intelligent place.  Under the leadership of Dr. David Livermore, co-founder of the Cultural Intelligence construct,  we are working hard to create solutions for effective communication and outcomes in this rapidly changing and globally mobile world.
