Helping people negotiate their way in different cultural environments.

I help people working in culturally diverse environments, whether domestic or international. This might be in India, Vietnam, France or Indonesia.

Global relocation, exploring new markets, exporting and establishing international partnerships are some of the contexts where I help.

Work and life overseas for two decades provided some unique insights into how intercultural communication works. I use the understanding I gained through experience together with proven, deeply researched principles of intercultural engagement.

Developing a skills-based intercultural capability is do-able and will make a huge difference.

I've come to notice that many opportunities are lost because of cultural misunderstanding. Government, business and personal relationships, seeing projects get off the ground, capturing opportunities to building bridges are at risk.

This observation and deep concern led me to a range of studies to upskill and use these insights and this experience to help people cross cultural boundaries.

Developing a skills-based capability is do-able and amazingly helpful in our ability to communicate effectively in the global community.

Assumptions are dangerous. Business just doesn't happen the same way across the globe. The way we like to communicate, build trust and negotiate varies greatly depending on our cultural preferences.

Executive and Intercultural Coaching

It is so rewarding to facilitate the learning, development and performance of another through coaching. As a certified Executive Coach with Coaching Australia, and operating within the International Coach Federation guidelines, I am dedicated to the best outcomes for my clients.

Exports and Trade Missions

Taking part in South Australian Government led business missions have been a great way for me to get some in-market insights, meet Trade Commissioners, importers and Australian exporters. These included:
