I'm passionate about helping people work and relate across differences.

Spending two decades living and working overseas has given me valuable insight into common cultural 'blind spots' and what makes intercultural communication effective.

Combined with ongoing global travel and targeted qualifications in Cultural Intelligence (CQ), Intercultural Studies, Management, HR, Executive Coaching, Culture and Language studies, this experience allows me to offer practical frameworks and strategies for exporters, globally relocating professionals, and leaders of multicultural teams.

Society of CQ Fellows

In 2025 I was honored to be accepted in the Society of CQ Fellows, a select group of global thoougt leaders committed to building a more culturally intelligent world. 

Under the leadership of Dr. David Livermore, co-founder of the Cultural Intelligence construct,  we are working hard to create practical solutions for effective communication and better outcomes in this globally mobile and fast-changing world.
