It gives me enormous joy to highly recommend Pamela Murphy to you.  Pamela is one of our Cultural Intelligence fellows and she's among the top thought leaders in the world for applying Cultural Intelligence to Trade and Investment in Australia, Asia and all across the Pacific rim.  Pamela and I have known each other for more than a decade and what you find with Pamela is not only is she business savvy but she has a keen ability to address the issues of culture when it comes to trade and investment.

At Next-Gen, we recognise that a diverse and inclusive workplace is key to driving innovation and success.  We were honoured to have Pamela Murphy lead a comprehensive 3-day cultural intelligence training session for our staff.

The training offered an invaluable opportunity for our staff to gain an enriched understanding promoting a more inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment, which is now part of our corporate DNA.  It will form part of our recruitment onboarding process for new employees. These initiatives are fundamental to our continued growth and success as a global leader in NCA technology.

Pamela's training was engaging and superbly structured with the perfect balance of group work and personal reflection. It's built our team capacity to facilitate inclusive community engagements and our staff have since launched an 'English Conversations Circles' group at a community hub we manage. I've really valued Pamela's training and support for Healthy Environs.
